There are environmental/weather events that will prevent the Jungle Float from operating:

1. Strong Winds.

2. Torrential Rain.

3. Lightening.

4. Poor Water Quality.

5. Closures of beaches by Councils or other maritime authorities.

We are constantly monitoring weather forecasts and government agencies advice in order to operate in optimal conditions and to be able to provide the earliest notification of changes to bookings.

In the event that we do not operate that day or the customer wishes to cancel or change their booking, Jungle Float will provide a full credit.
